An entrepreneurial venture owned by a young girl in UAE is operating on all-natural skincare products starting in 2022. The company operates mainly from the official website and linked to social media accounts that are used to manage customer engagement. The client offers 58 different skincare products; oils, serums, lotions and much more.
The client had been producing skincare products for 1 year, but did not see any significant rise in customers, even though product diversity is high. Therefore, they required Klic’s assistance to launch a targeted social media ad campaign for brand awareness and conversion.
Beginning with the first month of our partnership, Klic focused on launching a full-funnel digital advertising campaign, which was to improve purchase decisions of engaged audiences. Our efforts resulted in an 86.3% increase in total engagement and 71.6% increase in website purchases.

Initial Challenges
Before working on increasing Return on Ad Spending (ROAS), this organic skincare brand struggled to find an effective social media ad campaign manager to generate quick results.
After the initial meeting, it was identified that the biggest challenge will be to find people who are interested in buying organic skincare. Initial ROAS was also extremely low, due to the fact that affinity targets for advertisement were based on board classification systems.

As a result, ad spend was being wasted on audiences with low purchase intent, and the messaging failed to resonate with those genuinely interested in natural skincare solutions.

- Strategic Community Growth Initiatives: The very first ad campaign was run on targeted social media advertisements. Based on previous engagement rates, social media ad was curated and run on existing audience bases to improve follower numbers.
- Conversion Based Actions: Main purpose has been to spread awareness to increase website traffic and generate sales. The targeted ad campaigns were increasingly focused on an engaged consumer base that showed interest on social media, so that conversion-based actions can be achieved.
- Dynamic Retargeting Campaigns: In order to create a lasting loyal consumer base, we also focused on the previous actions in the conversion funnel. Klic targeted previous visitors, customers and users with deals and discounts to persuade them.
