Overview of the Project

A company operating in the Gulf States has been established as a leading lifestyle branding voice and home good manufacturer. They have specialized in producing quality home supply items, from essential crockery items and kitchen gadgets to aesthetic elements. They have built a strong reputation in the market for home goods, but digital presence remains limited.

When the client approached Klic, they were looking for a new website that could represent the years of manufacturing experience that the brand has. The aim with this website had been to ensure brand presence on digital platforms, in order to engage within the realm of B2B as well as B2C that the company caters to.

Considering the lack of any digital agenda, Klic started working on helping the brand find a voice that represented their company’s history, mission and values. A branding image was created with the client and then web design & development elements were decided. SEO optimization was also done to ensure higher ranking.

Since the launch, Klic has helped our client company achieve a significant increase in online visibility. The website that has been designed is performing high at 91% and SEO optimization is also high at 92%.

Although, client already had carved out a niche into a specific market segment, but most of it had been done online. In the digital landscape, the brand had no presence and a Google search only showed competitors.

Carving out an online niche for the brand and then building on that identity throughout the website is the main challenge, as it was needed to convert into legible leads.

Without a digital footprint, the brand risked losing credibility and visibility in an industry that heavily relies on online discovery and trust signals. Potential customers searching for similar products or services were landing on competitor websites, leaving the brand out of the conversation entirely. This not only impacted lead generation but also made it difficult to position the brand as a serious player in the market.
