Welcome to Klic! When you consent to our digital marketing services, then your business (‘you’, ‘client’, ‘your’) agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service
Klic provides a range of services, which can be tailored to the clients individual needs. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC)
- Google Ads Management
- Digital Marketing Services
- Content Creation and Marketing
- Email Marketing Campaigns
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Social Media Management and Advertising
With these services, we reserve the right to modify, add and/or discontinue any service at our discretion.
Data Access
In order to provide the most efficient services, you agree to provide Klic with timely and accurate access to:
- Website backend and analytics accounts.
- Social media profiles and advertising accounts.
- Third party marketing platforms, as required.
- Access to email IDs
- Timely data for effective monitoring.
- Any other relevant business data and information.
You grant Klic the permission to access, use and manage this data solely for the purpose of fulfilling agreed services.
Packages and Pricing
Our services are offered in the form of various packages that have been designed to meet different brand goals of our clients. Each package has:
- A minimum spend for initial hiring.
- A defined contract of duration.
- An initial service fee.
By subscribing to a package, you are agreeing to spending a minimum amount and hiring our services for a defined contract length.
Payment Terms
Payments have to be specified within an invoice, which can be done on a per project basis or monthly. The payment has to be done within the deadline or it can result in suspension or termination of services. Additional charges are applicable for services beyond the defined scope in initial agreement.
Confidentiality Agreement
All client data is treated with strict confidentiality. Your data will be used only to perform designated services within the agreement and will not be shared with any unauthorized third party. The privacy policy is also outlined on our website.
Intellectual Property
- All rights over original content and data are within the client’s ownership.
- Klic retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, tools and content created while services were being provided.
- Upon payment completion, the client gets access to certain deliverables, as specified within the service agreement.
Termination of Agreement
Under certain conditions, it is allowed for clients to terminate the contract. However, when either party terminates the contract, then 1 month of written notice has to be given (subject to minimum contract terms). Upon termination of contract, the client is liable to pay any outstanding fee with immediate notice.
Amendments
Klic reserves the right to update, change or modify these terms of agreement. Continued use of our service indicates acceptance of revised terms.
